Through early engagement Onewood Group work with specialist consultants to produce an affordable concept with a robust budget. The preconstruction phase sets out the clients brief, and if required, allows us to engage and work with some of the best construction specialist around the country to achieve our client’s more challenging briefs. Through the construction phase, managed by Onewood Developments, we monitor quality, programme and costs against budget in real time.

Onewood Group Limited can also adapt and develop each project brief to satisfy a client’s budget. Managing budgets is one of the toughest parts of project management. Working with Onewood Consultancy Limited we accurately report cost against budget at any stage of the process.
With early stage involvement Onewood Group Limited will guide the design process to derive value for money. Working closely with our trusted partners we will explore a wide range of design solutions, construction methodologies and alternative materials that will save time and money whilst optimising quality through the construction phase.
